re traffic : I am surprised you only showed the 6 months chart, if you look at the 12 months EBTM chart you will see they were not even on the scale until ERL became involved, so could it be you are reading your graphs wrong?
For your information, the peak you mention on ASOS graph was after the fire when the website was shut, the traffic surge was caused by the mentions in the newspapers, television and media, cheers
