I have bought back in at 349. I think 2007 will see ERG regain some lost ground.
Shoreham Airport manager:
We have nearly reached the end of another year which has brought with it new opportunities as well as many challenges in the world of aviation.
Shoreham Airport has changed ownership to the Erinaceous Group PLC and the way ahead is starting to become much clearer. The future development of areas around the main terminal building are well into the pre-planning application stage and, hopefully very early in the New Year, the applications for new buildings will be lodged.
The airport will continue to monitor the ever fluctuating cost of fuel and one can only hope that no international outside forces" pop-up" to place pressure on the suppliers to raise the cost.
Airport staff have achieved much in the last year and, with the co-operation of the new owners, staff have been allocated to ensure that our fuel delivery service is more robust. Our Air traffic Service have staff in training and, as always, the team behind the scenes (small but effective) continue to ensure that we run a safe and efficient operation.
This year we will be closed over the Christmas period for 25, 26 and 27 December, with near normal operating times over the New Year period .We plan to close at 1700 on 24th December and early on 31st December subject to demand and weather etc.
