spp119, for once i disagree with you (almost dare not to tell)but not completly.

On the AGM 6th of december the Chairman stated the following

The government of Sao Tome and Principe is progressing with the legal framework
and the delineation of blocks for its Exclusive Economic Zone ('EEZ'). A 2D
seismic programme has been completed and interpreted by the Company. Upon
completion of the block delineation, pursuant to its agreements with the
government, the Company will exercise its options to acquire two of the newly
delineated blocks. It is anticipated that the Production Sharing Contracts will
be negotiated in the second half 2007.

If he says psc's will be negotiated in 2nd half of 2007 we can expect awards in Q1 which could be only a couple of months from now. Concluding negotiation are already ongoing.

I think olmert and me didn't wanted to start a discussion at all, it was just a question and answer on a boring morning. Further talks about EEZ will not be discussed anymore by me.
