The Belphord Dolphin is currently in India and will then go to the Gulf of Mexico. From a scheduling perspective it would make sense to take a stop off.

The bid is solid at 80 pence at the moment. The reason for the shake is that some is on the offer at 81 pence with 4584.
It all looks so dramatic unless you can see Level2. Many times they stick in a small amount on the offer to make it look like it is going down.
