Strow...Kerry Spencer is responsible for communications at EPD...If she tells you something you can report it without a problem.... UNLESS she has expressly told you it is "off the record"....Your only responsibility / risk is to ensure that what you write is exactly what she said.....If she tells you something price sensitive, and you report it accurately, its not your problem its hers....Same goes for Anomalous...He can report whatever he likes from the AGM, so long as any attributable comments are 100% accurate....If he starts dreaming and adding his own spin on the facts...That's when he has a problem....If he's got market sensitive information and is refusing to publish it...All he's doing is protecting the person who gave it to him.
