Anom - given your current period of dormancy, not wishing to say anything out of order and mislead investors; don't you think that you should remove the financials spreadsheet?
The problem lies with the fact that the information was there to start with. I could have taken the sheet down altogether, but that really would be detrimental to the BB and the company. I can't leave it up, because I know that the information is wrong.
So I was faced with the fact that the only solution was to update the spreadsheet to include the true information - omitting none of the data that I knew to be true.
As I have indicated, the data from the AGM post will be re-posted to the BB at sometime in the near future, but it would be wrong to put that information up right now. It would be just as wrong to take the spreadsheet down - after it has been up so long - and leave nothing for you to review. It would be equally wrong to leave misleading information up - if I know of better data in the public domain. Therefore, it was logical to update the sheet.
