Dont want to hark on because it detracts from great potential but I think your wrong about the financing.

20m Placing shares to institutions only (good bonus lads)
19.7m open offer shares to mugs (original shareholders who should be grateful for a few crumbs from masters table.)
No claw back over placing shares at all, it says so. We were never offerred the placing shares.
Unofferred to Institutions on top.
I did my best to help out, but this was still a gift to institutions any way you look.

Directors have a duty to obtain proper value. Did they do so?
