environmental polymers... an opportunity

Sorry I did not realise that the Ofex shareholders in EVP had the prior right to all of the open offer, and the city only could buy if holders did not a) buy their own entitlement, and b) any extra shares applied for by current holders would be satified ahead of the city. my apologies to Polymerman and Ducatiman and anyone else I confused.
As previously stated, I am confident that in the medium term, because our land fill sites are filling up so fast, that degradable plastic will be the norm. My only resevation is that another company will be able to produce something similar at a lesser price.
