Ah, pilkington, welcome. Intelligent life-forms from the paying fraternity at last (I suppose I really should get my chequebook out for ADVFN!). I must admit that the air's getting a bit thin at this height and I'd welcome a discussion about where all this might be leading. As mentioned previously, the REIT idea alone doesn't seem enough to transform the financial picture as the majority of ETI's income and half its profit comes from drink wholesaling and gaming machine income rather than rent and it is not clear how the business could be split to avoid damaging that side of it. What do you think?
