dmhzk - I'm not really a supporter of Caplin and it is silly to think that he single handedly controls all these companies - for one thing no one would have that amount of time.
Most of his posts are Non-Execs anyway. The rot was clearly already set in here well before he joined, I was just pointing this out.
He seems to act mainly in an advisory capacity when the shit hits the fan or changes are being made. imo
I've just kept my eyes on some he's involved in as I hold some GLD.
Easynet are another one that were bid over 100% recently - there are bound to be
