Petrolia Drilling Ltd has also signed a contract with Island Oil & Gas plc dated 10 April 2006 for the provision of SS Petrolia on the Irish Continental Shelf. The term of the agreement is 150 continuous days starting from no earlier than 15 March 2007, and shall not go beyond 30 September 2007. If SS Petrolia is not delivered on 30 June 2007, Island Oil & Gas may cancel the agreement. The daily operating rate is agreed to be USD 300,000.The rate is fixed and firm for the duration of the agreement.
