I am thinking that if they don't get the DTI licences they want from the latest round they are lining someone up to take out as access to £25m approx is a nice warchest. Also, the fact that the management are obviously held in high esteem I would expect them to get a lot of support from "friends" in the city that would make it more difficult for a predator to get them on the cheap. I am confident that Encore have plans in place so that they call the shots and I think this story just gets better by the day. I would still like to see them do a JV on a big PVR project though.
