Completion of the Virgo acquisition by Encore in the near future should give the share price a little boost.

At only 48% recovery factor for a good quality gas field (Forbes), that was pretty low by the previous operator. It should be 70% or more!! The good news for Encore and Star is that there is a very good chance that any gas injected for gas storage will be recovered and sold at a significant premium, plus quite a lot of the original gas recovered (plenty of Forbes gas remained unrecovered) if they play their cards right!!
