The 9.50:30 50k is half of a rollover.
The other half is 10.50:46. They can delay (should they feel the need) them an hour as they are more than the NMS.
IMHO they only do this when there is not much stock to go around to possibly entice?? people to sell.
This is probable due to the illiquid nature of EME shares as there aren't may to go around.
The 11.25:46 is a buy.
The 11.51:26 is a buy.
The 12.21:00 is a buy. Very likely a T25 (hence the premium).
