blueforce I don't think anyone is going on odds of 80 - 1 for 6.2 tcf. 10% of that might do which would be a hell of a lot less than 80 - 1.
The crucial factor is the seal - untested. If it's intact, even in part we should expect some gas shows imho.
Your focussing too much on Germany as being the be all and end all success or failure for this company when it is clearly not.
They will be drilling in litle over a few weeks at the proven oil field site of Eagle - into the Gatchell sands where oil has previously been flowed and tested along with gas. Success here alone should triple this small companies market cap to a respectable £30m.
