Unfortunately have to agree with you there but......

Worth keeping on the streaming news monitor as ARX really does spike up on contract news. One contract and ARX could easily spike to 10p within a few hours giving you a profitable unexpected exit.

Been there and done that......Made just under �10,000 in a day not so long ago on a good ARX spike from 6p upto 11p :)
