They are way behind with the retrofit programme of works for ASDA

I wonder what the contract states re 'penalty clauses' for non-compliance with dates for installation ?

I also think that other potential deals will be adversly affected by such slow progress.

Legal battle with Bioprogress still to be resolved, Stanelco lost the first round as is now appealing. If it loses again it will cost millions.

12p again is not impossible , and 10p is an even nicer round number.
