Take a look at the North Korea prospects DPRK and the recent PSA agreement, note how much of the block they own. Then look at how much oil is present in North korea. Then look at the market cap. And then realise how much of a discount the market is offering this stock.

The likes of PET and WNL are in no different position, worse if you ask me. But they are on much much higher ratings. If you do anything else before you go to bed tonight read that presentation on the website.
