Elementis - £1 in 2005?

'scuse me if this sounds a bit dense but I looked at the major shareholders a couple of weeks ago and I'd swear blind Brandes had 4.9% then and they still have today (see below) so I'm missing something. You probably have more in depth info than me so perhaps you'd be kind enough to put me straight.
