Research TMC,one more permit that could be announced at the end of this month and it will fly.
From my own research the only major concern for the government was the feeling of the IP (indigenous peoples). Now they have given their full backing to this project (there were no refusals at the recent vote!) I really cannot see anything stopping this.

At the recent Minesite forum, where TMC were presenting, the mining minister of the Philippines was giving a speech on the operations and potential out there.
He personally, in front of hundreds of people singled out Chris Kyriakou and Toledo mining and praised the leadership of this company and expressed his excitement in working with TMC going forward

Toledo Mining Corporation ("the Company" or "Toledo Mining")
has been granted one of the key approvals needed ahead of development work on
its planned Berong nickel mine in the Philippines.

You can never say "certain" dealing with shares,but I have to admit feeling pretty good about them getting the next permit,the building of roads etc etc would be a bit silly if they were not fairly certain of getting the long awaited permit.
I am happy to hold.
