I'm sure most people who post on this board have no idea what his monthly expenses amount to each month and the "breakdown" of these expenses would i'm sure be of interest to "certain persons" I understand shortly after RC arrived at EPO he "scrutinized previous company card expenditure and it proved a very effective stick with which to beat people , CEO should be warned "interested observers" may choose to use it as an even more effective tool once again now or later.



I'm sure CEO is well aware he is being "monitored very very very closely" He should remember and be aware rules for EPO as a public company are quite different from that of Gelande who surprise surprise have not yet found time to file accounts since the "business commenced trading or should i say incorporated"

It was very sweet for the CEO to thank its dedicated staff for their commitment towards the achievement of these objectives as outlined in trading update.

Its also interesting to note Grunberg Mocatta Rakison Lawyers where Robert Rakison is a partner and also NED at EPO subscribed for 745,195 ord shares @2.5p between 30 July & 30 November 2004 according to info filed at companies house, very strange when one reads related parties disclosures in accounts which confirm GMR invoiced EPO for a total amount of 552,850 during year, rec'd payments 447,686 while the amount outstanding at 30 June was 443,250.I don't understand why GMR are not expected to report when they purchased shares in EPO, surely this is a related party transaction as is confirmed in the annual report and accounts, i can only conclude the AIM Team who regulate this market are an ineffective bunch who are toothless. Secondly how can EPO justify legal fees 552,850 during year when total revenues amount to 925,611, this just beggars belief.Non Executive Directors ( NED's ) at EPO in my opinion, are not independent and never have been, CEO mentions once again about attracting institutional support, no chance while the company remains in its current guise.

Anyway when you spot CEO & friend ( who is also member ) 5 star Health & Fitness Club / Golf Centre one would take the view his time would be better spent knocking EPO into shape rather than himself, its a regular destination i note for ex EPO / Gelande personnel as well these days although there is no suggestion RC works out with his ex team mates i hasten to add or are in any way still connected, there again who knows !!
