I cant see how this will rise until at least late Febuary. In the fundraising announcement it says: "The Company is inviting investors to subscribe for up to
2,500,000 Offer Shares in the Offer at the Issue Price payable in full on
application. If the Offer is fully subscribed the Company will raise £6.25
million gross from the Placing and the Offer"
So anyone can buy up to 2.5m shares for £1 each before Febuary 14th when offer ends. The fact that you can sell now for £1.05 suggests that either the placing will be oversubscribed or that the market is imperfect. I think that the market is imperfect and all the buyers at £1:10 earlier in the week read reports in the papers but not the actual statement.
Institutions would have already been contacted and so dont want to take part. It is unlikely that private investors will collectively raise £2.5m. I however will be applying for some and hoping for a steady recovery into the Summer.
