Dowgate Capital - Significant profits on the way from the AIM experts

js capper , i certainly do not want to seem to be controversial , but only last week you posted a chart showing a gradual increase over the last year .

now we have another chart showing poor performance , but still you say patience will bring rewards , i ask on what basis .

if after Xmas you want reasoned debate then i suggest to discuss the following points without comment to any poster for the suggestion .

1. what if the directors continue to syphon of profits via bonus , leaving little for the shareholders .

2.what direction is this company really taking , is it just a vessel for the directors to draw income , or would it be better to go back to being private .

3. what is the true intention of the large buyer .

4. what happens when they top buying or worse satill decide to sell .

5. what is the cash in hand at present , ie has it decreased .

6.has staff levels increased , if not why not , if business is growing .

7. why have other directors not purchased shares , if this company has such a bright future .

8.why has the company not offered any explanation for the poor share price .


i could go on and on , but i personally see no support for the shareholder , and i feel that there will always be a large question mark over dgt because of dilution of any profit because of directors profit related bonus .

i suggest that if anyone wishes to reply that they do so in a business like manner and not unreasoned slagging off.
