Temporary Suspension

The Board of the Company announce that, subject to shareholder approval, the
Company has entered into an agreement to acquire certain residential property
assets based in Cyprus (the "Contemplated Transaction"). The consideration for
the Contemplated Transaction is approximately £600,000 which will be payable in
cash on completion.

The Contemplated Transaction will constitute a "Reverse Takeover" under the AIM
Rules therefore the Company has requested that the shares of the Company are
suspended from trading on AIM until such time a readmission document is posted
to shareholders and shareholder approval given in relation to the proposed
transaction.
