I believe SPE are the brokers to EBTM plc. If so this should have brought in about 5% = £25k.

Is there a website for SPE equivalent to CFA? Or is there a new website for DGT incorporating both operations post acquisition? Be good to track SPE's transactions if possible.

Placing for cash


EBTM has today raised £503,500 of new capital through the issue of 13,250,000
new ordinary shares at a price of 3.8p per share. The Directors intend to expand
the business into other regions in the EU and will use the funds raised to
finance this expansion. Application will be made for admission of the new
ordinary shares to trading on AIM and it is expected that this will take place
on 14 December 2006.
