Chef, I assume you mean t+3, because t-3 means you must have a time machine.
btw t+3 is the standard settlement period, that at which all but a tiny tiny protion of trades are made.
Also brokers don't 'offer' anything but t+3, you have to request an extended settlement period. But extended settlement makes absolutely no sense whatsoever with a stock on such a high spread - anyone trying to buy on extended settlement on this share simply doesn't know what they are doing.
I love your theory on T+5, t+3, t-3 etc - why do you feel you have to bullshit so much, on something which you obviously know nothing about?
