Been a hectic night, everyone phoning and as I broke Trish's bike earlier - damaged the 6 speed freewheel gear thing on rear wheel and I have been trying to get a replacement. Oh lucky me have managed to get one on Ebay and will be sent 1st Class post to In-Laws. So bike can still come and I can fix down there.
The wheel chain guard on bike was actually faulty and needed the freewheel removed to sort the plastic guard it holds on, it was on so tight I could not remove easily. Have the proper tool but it just disorted it before it would unscrew.
