For those of you who might be interested, I received a letter from the personal assistant to Simon Turner (PC World Group MD) on 20 DEC which read:
`Thank you for your letter received today regarding the poor service you have received from PC World. Please accept our apologies that you have found it necessary to write to our head office.
Simon Turner has forwarded your correspondence to the Team Leader Customer Services. A senior member of his team will investigate the points raised and Mr.Turner will be in touch with you as soon as possible.`

Finally on 29 Dec I received a returns label for my ink cartridge, which I immediately sent back. I shall wait in anticipation for my replacement and any further words from Mr.Turner. It should be interesting.
