Rupert Bare - Wed, 01 Jan 03 :

Rob, you can't trade HTD shares.
You'll have to convert them to lsri shares.
I don't know how to go about doing that at this late stage.
Ripper, now a.k.a. 'the village idiot' has had a nightmare trying to do exactly that.
HTD's P.R is not good, but if you remember that they get loads of phone calls etc from antivivis trying to pretend this that and the other, you can understand their reluctance to help.
If it takes you 20 hours in total to sort it all out, you're still on £100 per hour, if you take todays lsri price.

I bought in to htd because of shac.
They reduced the price of htd shares to pennies.
I gambled that shac would lose, and as it happens I was right to do so.
Now when htd/lsri get a full nas listing, which they now will inevitabley do, the price will go back to it's true value.
I've tried buying and selling some via etrade.
They used to deal but now won't due to low volumes of trading.
If more people like yourself bother to try and trade them, it'll raise interest from the MMs etc.

"Did you own Huntingdon shares?

I did.
I am a vegetarian and hate the idea of cruelty to animals. When the labour party pension fund was selling "at any price" to avoid political embarrasement I bought at 6p. I later sold at 27p. Then the finances were looing bad and I bought at an average of 6p as they headed down to about 3p. When the labour party spent £1m on police to protect the premises and they announced on the news one Sunday night (Monday morning) at 2am that a bank deal had been done, I set my alarm clock for 8am and internet traded the shares away at 20p and 22p intraday in my pajamas.

This limits some of the profit that can be made by some of the idiots that don't care about animals.

SHAC might not be too happy, and shareholders might not like it either, but that is my contribution to making it difficult for people to make money out of animal cruelty.

I may use some of the money in the future to buy shares in PPL which are at a discount to assets, and help close it down."

Crystalclear? It's far from that.
Could you please explain your post, it makes no sense to me.
Am I missing something?
I really can't work out what your post means regarding you making money as a means to stop others?

Where have you been clerman?
Any chance of a big LOL ! ??
