KO, for each company there are only three others to talk to. If you talk to DES, at the moment you are also talking to RKH (and if to RKH, also DES) because of their current tie in. That leaves BOR, who are less well developed than FOGL.
So, I think it safe to assume that if anyone is talking, they are all talking. It is in each company's interest to co-operate to reduce the costs of a campaign and to promote the potential of the Falklands as a new petroleum province.
But talking is not the same as actually doing a deal; and the fat lady certainly hasn't sung yet, so I'm not counting my chickens.
RKH, FOGL and BOR will each need to raise more cash before they can afford to drill on their own acreage. DES/RKH, with a farm-in, could probably scrape together enough for a limited programme on DES's acreage.
