Hi Marky, Diet starting in a couple of days...done the usual Christmas thing and over-indulged and weight at its near best ever levels.

The way stop losses work is that you set the level and have to pay the offer price when it hits it, so I think that old mate Dave has probably been triggered because the spreads for March contracts are offered at that level.

Not a nice thing to drop a couple of grand over Christmas and the New Year, so I do feel sorry for him. I hope his wife doesn't get upset.
