Here are the details of the underwriting for the rights issue.
The Company has procured an undertaking from Mr Gyllenhammar that, in addition
to taking up his rights under the Rights Issue to subscribe for 5,150,000 New
Ordinary Shares, Mr Gyllenhammar will underwrite a further 4,950,000 New
Ordinary Shares should the Rights Issue not be fully subscribed. Mr
Gyllenhammar, by virtue of his substantial shareholding in the Company, is a
related party of the Company pursuant to the AIM Rules. The Company has also
received an undertaking from Trafalgar that, in addition to taking up its rights
over 100,000 New Ordinary Shares, it will underwrite part of the Rights Issue to
the extent that, should the Rights Issue not be fully subscribed, Trafalgar will
subscribe for up to 17,900,000 New Ordinary Shares. Trafalgar's total holding of
Ordinary Shares could rise to 29.95 per cent.
As you can see, the biggest underwrighting was done by trafalgar, not PG.
