Directors' Shareholdings


23 December 2005: Deltex Medical Group plc ('the Company'), the AIM listed
haemodynamic monitoring company, announces that the Finance Director, Ewan
Phillips, has notified the Company that on 22 December 2005 he purchased 30,000
ordinary shares at a price of 17.40 pence per share.

Following the above purchase, Mr Phillips now owns 744,656 ordinary shares
representing 1.02% of the company's issued share capital.
