Command TV (CTV) - the London based participation TV experts have announced a strategic partnership with the influential UK Telecoms Solutions and Media Company, PNC Telecom Services Ltd. CTV is working closely with PNC’s Media Division in developing an exciting range of interactive television games and content services for PNC premium rate customers.
CTV's Live-2-Air system is an advanced broadcast application which dynamically generates images for television broadcast, affected by real time information arriving through external sources, such as telephone calls via IVR, SMS text messages and the internet.
