Institutions paid 77.5p some time ago for African Copper ACU. You can buy them today 61p - a bargain in my view but (1) I have no cash and (2) they are also listed in Canada so not eligible for business assets tax benefits.
ACU now have all the agreements and permits to dig for copper - they just need to start digging - still some way off being profitable but a very reasonable bet.
All I am trying to say is that the institutions buy price is not the bottom for a promising business.
Institutions also paid 180p for Biofuels BFC shares less than a year ago - you can buy those now for 32p - but I wouldn't touch them with the proverbial barge pole - certainly not with cash.
