i suggested to the director i spoke, how about issuing a statement regarding the price decline

he said: we are not in the business of issuing statements regarding share price movements, share prices can go up as well as down, he finished.

I said: i understand when you talk about declines of a few pence here and there, but this has dropped the best part of 1.00p since you announced merger talks.

he said: if the company have something to announce, then we will do so.

I said: If nothing has fundamentally changed and with such a huge drop why do you have a problem reassurring investors as other companies do? After all it doesn't seem like good PR towards investers.

he said: i;m sorry, but we don't expect to announce an rns just because the price has declined

I ended the conversation there! What a fucking joke of a management team, the fact it's dropped 1.00p since there audacious merger talks ended does not seem important enough to merit a statement.
Maybe others should call tomorrow and with some pressure, they may get their finger out and do something about it.
