Barefoot1, hard as it may seem to take but the kind of sustained falls over a period of time have absolutely nothing to do with MMs "gathering stock" - if it did they would have a seat on the board by now!!
Furthermore, I dont beleive it has much to do with association with BFC or the bid approach. Who seriously blames the management for taking the opportunity to have a sniff round a rivals books when an opportunity arose?
As the the company has no cash flow issues, IMHO the only reason for such a sustained fall is that the prospects of profitability have been pushed further into the future. I am guessing that the most likely reason for this has something to do with crop yields, production etc.
