No reason? LBO a share will usually fall when the company does not appear to be doing anything, like making a profit. The bid approach for BFC cannot be the sole reason this has gone lower. The stock is now being rated on what the company is doing rather than its future potential as it was before. Now all the contracts have been signed and hands been shaken I think it will be a while before much of real impact happens. This share has moved in great leaps before on news but recent RNSs have not had the sway they did earlier in the year. At least they don't have the sword of Damocles hanging over them like BFC.
