The value of this company above 0.28p (my estimate of remaining capital/share issue - wind up costs)is based on its current 'knowledge and contacts x future earning potential. One assumes that they have been doing something over the last three years, other than feathering their own nests. Other companies like LDC etc have been putting deals together, where are CYC's. Patience is needed but you can only blame Sars so far after all you cant catch Sars through a telephone or PC.
As no one should really be expecting news realistically till late feb, there should be no reason why the share price should not hold around these levels. However i can see no reason for buying in before early Feb but many reasons for selling as rest of market rises and this remains flat. This constant negative pressure could therefore force the price lower. I would consider buying in on a complete crash i.e. below 0.28p but whilst not impossible is unlikely. Also news could be leaked if share price was to weaken too much if the Directors wanted to keep share holder confidence, alternatively, a weak share price would allow directors to buy back the company at rock bottom prices just before the news started to flow.
My biggest concern with this company is the way the directors have managed it to-date as it does not seem to me that they have the shareholders interests at heart. One could hardly say they are focused on creating share holder value. If they are looking to take this private then they are going to let the share price collapse but with money in the bank the worst scenario should be around .3p. Assuming there accounts are accurate, hmmm better not go there.
IMHO this share price is based on faith not fact and is supported because in principle the idea and market makes sound sense. A good effective business who does this well should clean up. If CYC is this company then those holding at this price will be made. So in summary, worth a punt but probably not till early / mid feb or ideally March if you have the nerve to wait.
I guess time will tell on this one. Good luck and happy new year !
