You need to look at the product and put yourself in their position. Of course we do not know how an increase in sales will effect the SP and this is a funny share.
I like the odds here and can't see that it will cost much to undertake so the downside is limited. Personally I think the whole commercial sector for 10 vehicle plus fleets will go to a risk reduction/management scheme like the CYH proposal. The further reductions are significant for operators and I believe they will all take atleast the enhanced package for maximum savings.
