On the subject of Barrie M, I can understand some of the sniping but it’s worth remembering that Barrie has had differing levels of involvement with the companies mentioned.
He was a founder of BioP in the 90s and remained involved as a consultant for the next couple of years after he stepped down as Chairman in 2003.
He joined Cyan 2 years ago to drive the fundraisings and flotation, and has now stepped down.
As far as I know (and someone will correct me if I’m wrong), he was an early stage investor in Voller but has had nothing to do with the running of the business.
Similarly, he has made a number of seed capital investments in companies which have yet to list. If and when these make it to market it would be curious to damn them just because he is one of the names on the shareholders’ register.
