To clarify I have assumed that when a no longer notifiable interest noice has been recieved that the holder has sold all their shares. This is an arbitrary decision on my part and you can quite rightly assume that they still hold 2.99%. This is not an exact science and once a holder has slipped beneath the 3% mark due to a sale or an increase in share capital diluting their holdings there is no way of knowing what is going on. The only trend that is obvious is that SEAM etc are gradually paring down their holdings and since the reporting requirements are quite strict the shares are not being bought in concentrated holdings by other institutions.
