Countrywide - CWD .....the short ?!

Just watching CNBC this morning and a shareholder emailed into the studio to ask the guest his views on the change of auditors just b4 xmas.

Phone up investor relations and ask who was involved in the tender if there was one ,and why Stoy were selected.In addition which directors involved and were they non-exec's was the answer.
Refered to the recent scottish scandal involving CWD and reading between the lines he semed to be advising to view it with caution as mentioned by a few here.
