Could HVN be heading for an UPGRADE?

cbb very unlikely .agree this is on v.low p/e compared to others in this sector,
but then again i can name you handful of small caps in similar position its all about patience. again it might get re-rated in jan or we might have to wait 6-12months,but one thing in are favour is there is not much of downside to this and gives you a good chance to add a few more and then take a profit as it moves in upward direction.i did this with suy was v frustrating movind down to 320 but suddenly within a month it was up to 420.this is how i have made a few pounds.
