PITTSBURGH (AP) - U.S. Steel Corp. plans to repatriate about $300 million in earnings from U.S. Steel Kosice in Slovakia.
A $16 million tax expense related to the transaction will be recorded in the fourth quarter, the company said Tuesday in a securities filing.
