The IFRS statement seemed OK, no issues at first glance. The 1/11 AGM statement said:
"'Since our full year results announcement in late September, market conditions
have remained stable and we anticipate this environment will continue.
'Our performance is in line with expectations. We continue to outperform the
market and remain positive about our prospects.'"
Peel Hunt reiterated their previous forecasts on the day of the IFRS RNS, so they seem happy enough.
The consensus forecast for this year is 8.12p EPS, with 8.46p EPS for next year. That's a P/E of just 11 and 10.6 respectively, with a cash mountain to boot and further cash inflows coming out their ears.
So why is the value of my ISA'd CGR shares decreasing to this ridiculous price?! At least results are out in mid/late February, so not too long to go.
And in April and just in October a non-exec was buying CGR shares at 97p each time. A question of patience I suppose.
