Colt - 2005 New Year, New Highs.............
Rob Mack - Thu, 29 Dec 05 :
Tone..
Colt went cashflow positive last quarter. There is a posibility that they could post a profit this quarter.
Why would their share price go to 34p?
Orbis Capital increased their holding to around 80 million shares. It is extremely likely that they were accumulating as cheap as possible and not pushing the SP up!
We now have significant management buys, ahead of results. We have less than 2 working days till the end of the quarter.
If you were a director at Colt, would you buy shares if the company was about to disapoint the market?? In the past 18 months, when directors have bought, what has happened to Colt's share price. I suggest you do some homework.
From a technical charting point of view;
Share price is rising
RSI is rising
Stochastics is Rising
MACD is Rising
ON a 0.05x3 hourly PNF chart
we have posted a 3 box reversal heading up,
we have broken up from the 45 degree downtrend from 59p
The move from 55p to 56.25p set a vertical count target at 58.75 with a reward/risk ratio of 4.1
The move from 55.5p to 56.75p set a vertical count target at 59.25p with a reward/risk ratio of 7 (Above 3 is good).
We have other V counts targets if I recall at 60p, 65p, 71p 73p, 74.25, 95p,
So around January/February 2006, Colt's share price could go up 17.25p as it did this time last year This would take us to 73.75p
If they have posted a profit this quarter, their share price may motor back up to £1.33 quickly to maximize losses for short positions and before every CFD day trader & Spreadbetter piles in!
So around May or June 2006 this SP could reach those 135p or higher
On the other hand.. Fidelity/Orbis could be bought for their Fibre Optic Backbone, Customer/Revenue Base and Management Team... Say they get a Bid for £2.50 or £3.00 / share
Note..
This post will not move Colt's Share Price
This is not advice, DYOR
