Colt - 2005 New Year, New Highs.............

There's a similar one in the Sunday Telegraph Business section edited by some muppet called Grant Ringshaw aka Tone aka Biswell etc etc.

Basically he opines.... Colt shares have "surged ahead" in the excitement of C&W buying Energis [oh really? show me where], up 10% on Thursday alone(!!!)[yes, after falling 15% the week before if you'd bothered to look], but don't deserve to have done so, the company is still a long way from ever making any profit, is drowning in debt and Telegraph readers should now "sell".

What pure unadulterated rubbish. The economic illiteracy of these useless naive hacks is beyond belief.

How can anyone with a brain look at that chart and give it that interpretation? Or do they just not bother to do any diligent research these days?

At 35p the company was priced for failure.

At 60p it is still priced for failure.

But some of us have cottoned on to the fact that it isn't going to fail. Unlike the muppets mentioned above.

And when the market finally wakes up to the fact that the business is profitable and cash generative the price is not going to be anywhere near 60p.
