For me, the fact that CMR are borrowing rather than issuing new equity, is why this stock will be one of the killer stocks of 2006. The confidence in the CMR boardroom must be 100% in that they can hold debt and push forwards. 9 times out of 10 a comp will just dilute the stock to gain more revenue. Effectivly what CMR are offering is some stock protection, and are in themselves supporting the share price and taking a lot of the volitivity out of the market influence of CMR. The underwriting and backing of loans for me is interesting. It indicates that CMR may possibly be due a takeover or merger with a JV partner. Or maybe RAB will have a big say financially and be putting some of the money up?. All this is positive, And for one, I'm over the moon with the turn around of the comp into a cash positive venture. dyor of course..
Keep the Faith...Have a great xmas all!!
