It's called Coffee Time. It's Canadian and has about 350 shops. Can't speak for Krakow. I was in Warsaw in November and happened to try both Coffee Time and COH. For what it's worth I preferred COH, but it was more expensive.

Completely agree. I'm not watching COH for fun, I firmly believe it will be a good investment one day. I just feel the price has run ahead and the emergence of competition will bring it down in the short term only.
